Ignition Pack 2 & Ignition Pack 2 Pro Product Information
Starting March 1, 2007, all new Pro Tools|HD® and Pro Tools LE™ hardware systems* will come bundled with either the new Pro Tools Ignition Pack 2 or premium Pro Tools Ignition Pack 2 Pro. Customers who purchase a new Pro Tools LE or HD system will receive one of the two Ignition Pack 2 bundles free, based on the system you purchase.
*Mbox 2 Micro does not include Ignition Pack 2 bundle
If you purchased a new Pro Tools|HD or Pro Tools LE hardware system from an authorized Digidesign dealer on or after March 1, 2007, and you did not receive your Ignition Pack 2, contact your Digidesign dealer directly. The Pro Tools Ignition Pack 2 and Ignition Pack 2 Pro are not available from Digidesign, and are not sold separately. They are only included with the purchase of new Pro Tools|HD or Pro Tools LE core hardware systems from your Digidesign dealer. Pro Tools M-Powered systems do not include the Ignition Pack 2 bundle.

Compatibility Information
All Ignition Pack 2 and Ignition Pack 2 Pro software is compatible with Digidesign Pro Tools systems that have been qualified with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger), Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), Windows XP, and Windows Vista. Updates may be required from the original versions included on your Ignition Pack 2 installation DVD, available on this page.
Currently, Pro Tools LE 7.4 (and M-Powered 7.4) systems are compatible with Windows Vista. Pro Tools HD systems are not yet compatible with Vista.
July 2, 2008 — All Ignition Pack 2 and Ignition Pack 2 Pro plug-ins and applications are now compatible with Leopard. For additional Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) plug-in compatibility information, please see the following page: Pro Tools Plug-in Compatibility with Leopard.

Ignition Pack 2 Activation & Authorization
Activation
The Ignition Pack 2 includes a red card named "Ignition Pack 2 Activation Card" with your Ignition Pack 2 Activation Code. Instructions are on the card about how to activate your Ignition Pack 2.
The Ignition Pack 2 Pro includes a red card named "Ignition Pack 2 Pro Activation Card" with your Ignition Pack 2 Activation Code. On the bottom half of the card is the separate "iLok Plug-In Activation" with your Ignition Pack 2 Pro Plug-ins Activation Code for Synchronic, TL Utilities, and TL Everyphase. Instructions are on the card about how to activate your Ignition Pack 2 Pro.
You will need to enter your email address from your My Digi account during the process. If you do not already have a My Digi account, you will be prompted to create one. For information on creating a My Digi account or updating your email address for an existing account, please see:

Code Authorizations — Ignition Pack 2 & Ignition Pack 2 Pro
Once you have completed the activation process included with your Ignition Pack 2 or Ignition Pack 2 Pro software bundle, you can access your registration codes from your My Digi account:
- Go to the My Digi Home section.
- Login to your account
- Click on the link under Activation Codes where it says: Pro Tools Ignition Pack 2
Currently, only Pro Tools Ignition Pack 2 or Ignition Pack 2 Pro are listed in your Activation Codes section.
Additional Authorization Help
iLok Authorizations — Ignition Pack 2 Pro Only
The Ignition Pack 2 (non-Pro version) does not require or use an iLok for any of the authorizations. Only the Synchronic, TL Utilities, and TL Everyphase plug-ins included with the Ignition Pack 2 Pro require an iLok USB key. A free iLok.com user account is required to activate and transfer these licenses to your iLok:
- If you have not already done so, you would create an iLok.com account yourself at iLok.com:

- Once you create an account there, your iLok User ID is what you use to login to your account on iLok.com (not your login password, which you also choose)
- Your iLok.com User ID is not printed on your iLok. You would choose your own iLok.com User ID and whatever password you want.
